TravelChair Co.’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Daniel Roso, is set to attend the PPAI’s Legislative Education and Action Day (L.E.A.D.) for the third year in a row. Approximately 80 reps from some of the most influential suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers in the promotional products industry will travel to Washington D.C. and meet with elected representatives to discuss key issues pertaining to the industry. Roso states, “I am excited for the opportunity to rub elbows with elite members of the industry and advocate with key members of Congress on the importance of Promotional Products and other key issues pertaining to the future of our industry.”
This year marks the 8th annual L.E.A.D. gathering and will take place the week of April 24th as a key play on Promotional Products Work Week. The event will include industry leaders meeting with Congress, legislative staff, and other L.E.A.D. attendees, to discuss current and important legislation that will impact the promotional product industry. On the forefront of many discussions is the topic ‘Promotional Products Work’, which emphasizes that promotional products are one of the most effective advertising mediums available.
“Legislative Education and Action Day (L.E.A.D.) is one of the most important events for our industry as it delivers the promotional products industry’s message to Capitol Hill,” says Tom Goos, President of Image Source and PPAI’s Immediate Past Chairman of the Board. He also added, “I appreciate Daniel Roso’s involvement as we need key leaders like him on the Hill sharing our message for small business and advocating for the industry overall. Daniel has been a great industry leader and that provides creditability when sitting in front of elected members of Congress and the Senate.”
